How Puppies are Chosen:

 

 WE ARE NO LONGER DO IN HOME PUPPY PICK UP DUE TO PARVO OUTBREAKS WHICH AFFECTS OUR PUPPIES, FUTURE PUPPIES AND DOGS AS WELL AS SAFTEY CONCERNS. 

PUPPIES ARE CHOSEN BY PICTURES AND VIDEOS.

*Please read below prior to submitting a puppy application*

**All puppies are sold on a spay/neuter contract and breeder holds first pick puppy spot on all litters. All dogs are to be spayed/neutered at 12-18 months otherwise health contract will be void if spayed/neutered before or after that time. If we choose not to hold back a puppy for our breeding program, pick of the litter will become available for $500 extra. If you are interested in a pick of the litter spot, please message us and we will make a note of that by your information. We reserve the right to refuse to place a puppy with a family/person if we find them not to meet our requirements or for any other reason we see fit.

If for any reason you transfer to a different/later list and we increase our prices you will have the increased price.**
